Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order by notifying us of your decision to cancel at any time prior to us sending your dispatch confirmation email. Although our team are working a full speed we will try our best to stop and cancel the order. Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
Returning A Product
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to return the goods. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

Unfortunately, if you have changed your mind, we are unable to cover any charges incurred when returning items. Please remember to retain the proof of postage and include a return address on the parcel. We are unable to accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged when they are returned.
Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods
In the unfortunate event of receiving your goods faulty, incorrect or damaged please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our fully trainer customer service team will be more than happy to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
Receiving a Refund
Once you receive a refund notification from us the original payment will be refunded in 3-5 working days – please note your bank may take longer. We can only process a refund using the original details used to make payment. We are unable to refund an alternative card; if the original card has expired we will issue a credit note. We are not liable and do not take responsibility of any bank or card charges incurred during the refund process. If promotions were applied to orders, the proportional discount will be applied to each item in the basket and that proportion will be refunded in the event of a return. Your statutory rights are not affected.
